"Great prices and amazing gelato. Smooth, creamy, and delicious with amazing flavors and specialty selections such as Greek (gelato, honey, and walnuts) and fresco (gelato, strawberries, and cream). The inside is large and is set with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and kind, and they speak English and Spanish. From coffee and pastries to gelato and cake, this place is a treat."

"Eccolo Gelato is truly something special – the best gelato in Madrid, and honestly, even better than any I’ve had in Italy! The flavors and texture are absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly, smiling, and welcoming, making you feel right at home. And the hot chocolate? I can’t praise it enough! It’s creamy, rich, and incredibly delicious. You can really tell they use the best ingredients and put so much care into making it. This has officially become my favorite spot in the city, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves top-quality desserts!"

"We are self-appointed ice cream/helado/gelato taste professionals and we give this a 5+. Her raspberry sorbet is beyond good. (Nothing like our too sweet American sorbet!) Your mouth will literally say...this is a raspberry! All flavors of the helado/gelato are creamy. Every flavor lives up to its name! My husband got hooked on the cookie ice cream (don't even think Cookies 'n Cream, this is way better!) Anyway, give it a go, you won't regret it. (The owner is very nice, also.)"

"Handmade ice cream with flavors that are truly exceptional—we walked in by chance and were genuinely surprised by the variety and quality. I tried the chocolate mint and pistachio, both made from raw ingredients; you could literally see the mint in the chocolate mint. My friend had the raw almond, which tasted incredibly authentic. They also serve tea in a large mug (much appreciated), the space is generous, and the toilet is clean and spacious. Bonus points for the option to order ice cream to go in boxes of 6 or 12 scoops—absolutely awesome."
